I have been listening to Mercedes and Matt like there’s no tomorrow! Each podcast just makes the time at work go by so quick. Highly recommend them. I used another turnkey company and didn’t like how they communicated with me, but Mercedes helped me out with some great insight even though I’m not a current investor.

I figured that if their free content was this good, I should pick up their online training course. They seemed to cover every hole missing from all the other courses...which ties everything together. And the live training knocks it out of the park with every little detail including the finding deals, the long term game plan, legal structures, trusts, funding techniques, you name it! Solid finance/real estate advice but ridiculous political commentary. Recently reminded me why I unsubscribed the last time. I’d like to give the Trump cult members an alternative perspective on real estate investing: while the former guy may have been good for immediate returns and tax breaks, being an isolationist country would 100% be bad for long term real estate investments and quality of life/purchasing power in general. I am totally OK with objective policy disagreements/opinions but please keep your defense of the indefensible former guy to yourselves.

I love this podcast. There is so much value here for free. I like how the host is not myopic about the topic of real estate. Matt tells how the horrible situation we find ourselves in since January is affecting our great country and the real estate market.

Is this real estate podcast or politics??? No secret which way he leans.

I have listened for quite a while and enjoyed the show immensely. I’ll continue for a bit, but the 15 minute political rant to start the show turns me off. I understand that it’s your show and you can do as you see fit, but I won’t last much longer as a listener. Content without the politics is 5 stars though Matt.

This is a great all around real estate podcast with great topics and learning moments. Mercedes is great about answering emails that you send in and may even make your question the topic of one her podcasts. I follow their podcasts and Matt’s YouTube videos, check them out you will not be disappointed . The podcast is run 100% by affiliate marketing and so called, “gurus”. They charge $5,000 for a course “cause it’s filled with ‘nuggets.’ When you hear the same guy preach radio marketing on 3-4 real estate podcasts, of course it starts to smell fishy. A lot of real estate podcasts have featured this guy pretty much all at the same time. It’s quite obvious and obnoxious too. It’s a shame cause this had a wealth of information. This turn down hill has been fairly recent; hopefully they change course.

Congratulations on 1000 podcasts! What a milestone accomplishment for you. It’s been a long winding journey that you recounted it wonderfully with episode 1000. I’ve only have been familiar with your podcasts for a couple years. I’ve gone through your inventory and listened to a great number of them. These guys are great! I’m a new investor but have done a lot of research and interviews of realtors, wholesalers, turn-key operations, and others. Matt does a great job of providing entertaining, informative content and Mercedes is superb! Mercedes does just as advertised- she’ll take the time to have a one-on-one phone call to answer all of your questions and walk you through the process.
