    So helpful!
What a helpful podcast. I am so grateful to have found a free podcast I can share with newcomers to meditation. I am teaching a class on meditation through the Institute for Learning in Retirement at Slippery Rock University and plan to share it with my students! Thank you, Lisa for your generous gift!

    Very nice
I would have given it five stars if there were bells rung at the beginning.

    Wonderful
I'm a beginner and this is a great intro to meditation. There was enough time for me to focus on all the techniques so I didn't feel rushed. Highly recommend!
