Just started this podcast today. It’s so good. I just started my Screen Time fast on 5/1/25, so I can’t follow on social media just yet. But has me looking fwd to this fast and has encouraged me to stay strong. The mantra had me tearing up at the end.

I found this podcast in my darkest days. I have been listening to this podcast for a while now, but I just started focusing on this podcast. I just got my journal and it’s absolutely beautiful. I will wear my pink T-shirt with pride and remind the girls who around town that God heard their prayers. Life is busy and I haven’t had the chance to find a community of women who share the same faith based values. Now I have my bestie Niemoya in my ear while I clean or fold laundry and I feel a little less lonely. I am trying to find my true self; without sharing everything. I’m so grateful for the way you speak from the heart and the true conviction in your voice. You’ve brought the Holy Spirit to my earbuds and I will be forever grateful. May the Lord continue to bless you in every way because your calling is a beautiful thing in this dark, dreary world.

I just started listening to this podcast. I first came across it on Tic Tok. I am so glad that I started listening to it. This had been so therapeutic for me as I am on a faith and healing journey.

I am so happy I’ve found the podcast. As a woman who is transgender, I feel I have a group of sister who will pray for someone like me. Your podcast brings together God’s word in a practical way, and how I am not alone. Girls Just Heal has helped me bring out my confidence in being not just a child of God, but understanding that God made me exactly who I am. And that HE made no mistake in making me. i love this podcast so so much. started listening when i was going through a rough time in my life. from getting over a 3 year relationship and me still trying to get over something that happened to me 6/7 years ago. the praying series is really helping me see what’s more important and it’s wanting me to make a strong connection with God and that’s really all i want and to know how to pray the right way. i’m frustrated with myself on a daily basis simply because i know im not doing what im supposed to be doing in order to meet my potential or to be where i want to be in my life. i pray i overcome everything that is bothering and let go of what doesn’t matter. Your voice is so soothing and i thank God that he led me to your podcast it’s lovely n it’s helpful😅.

Hey homegirl, let me just tell you how heaven sent you are. I just listened to the episode you posted 06-26-24 “Forgiveness is a choice” and wow. I started listening to you as I was battling my own mental health conditions back in 2024 at the beginning of the year. September 2024 I ended up losing my ex/bestftiend to suicide in our home where I heard him commit and I found him, And my world just came to an immediate stop . Here it is April 2025 and I have started back incorporating “Girl Just Heal” and this episode hit home. His mom blamed me for his committing and I have just been so angry not realizing how much space and energy that takes up. So when you said in this episode “forgiving is for YOU not them” I thought to myself you are so right because to be upset and harp over someone’s misdoings is so tiring. So thank you homegirl for all your words of encouragement and lowkey checking me I needed that. Thanking God for you and your platform,I pray God continues to bless you.

I am so grateful to God for brining Neimoya, the homegirls, and this podcast into my life. He KNEW I needed them. Neimoya stays getting me together every episode, but I appreciate and love her so much for it. I have laughed, cried, raised my hands in worship while binge listening to this podcast. I have been listening to you for almost a year now and I have been trying to find the right time to leave a review and I feel like this is my moment. I woke up at 5:30 am to give God my time and decided to not open my Bible first but to go pray. I didn’t know what to pray I just told God I wanted to be in presence and as I say in silence I started praying and it started getting personal and real. I even started praying for the ohh myself I know don’t like me and I don’t have a liking for. I came to listen to this very episode afterwards and God really spoke through you to me. I have gained more confidence in prayer and in my relationship with God. Thank you for allowing God to use you in ways to bless others like myself.

I found your podcast right after a prayer, never knew about the podcast and one day I got a notification about a podcast you posted recently and I am in LOVEEEEE I need this podcast and GOD knew it! Keep it going 💕

My first episode was “When Faith & Pain Coexist”. Apple recommended the podcast to me, but the title of this episode jumped out at me. I literally just cried in my car last night because I felt I didn’t have room for both. I felt so sinful because I am in so much pain and grief that I didn’t feel I was being faithful nor grateful to God. I needed this episode AND the mantra. I need a faith journey, so I am glad to have found this show when I did.

The episode “Girl You Can’t Share Everything” was definitely and hitter for me, I was In relationship where lots of things were happening and I felt like I had to talk to whoever would listen. I quickly learned the hard way that it was a big mistake! I thank you so much for this episode because it let me know that it’s ok to be private everything ain’t for everybody to know. Keep doing these podcast because you are definitely changing lives!

I started listening to podcasts a few months ago to incorporate God more into my busier days and was blessed to have found yours. I’ve always had trouble with moments of intense anxiety and recently asked God to help guide me through these spiritual attacks. The other night I had one of those moments where my mind raced to every worst case scenario and suddenly found myself repeating the GJH mantra until I felt peace again. I couldn’t thank Neimoya enough for how her guidance is impacting my daily life!

I needed this and you! The way god lead me to this podcast is mind blowing. I needed this word because I ruined my blessing and I was SO close for losing faith because I was afraid of what I couldn’t see or control in that storm that always comes right before the breakthrough. If I had remained patient and not fearful, I would’ve achieved that goal but I lost my faith in the storm instead of trusting God as I did this entire time!!! Wow. I needed this. Girl l just stumbled across your podcast 2 days ago and l I’m episode 4 or 5. Your podcast is amazing. I’m currently in the season of learning to let God carry me.
