Kept Secrets - A podcast about overcoming childhood (sexual) abuse

Welcome to Kept Secrets! I have created this podcast in hopes of helping other survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I dive deep into my personal experiences and treatment that helped to heal the brokenness. At the age of 5-6 years old, my abuse started and continued for many years. I discuss how PTSD, depression and anxiety have affected my life. I also discuss how I have been able to overcome the abuse and move into a very stable and happy life. I'm not a therapist; I just talk about my own experiences with my psychologist.

Good content but constant distractions

I was very excited about this podcast and wanted to listen so bad, but I can’t handle the constant stop and start with the dogs. It’s way too distracting. Your vision is amazing but the delivery is not working at all.

Great content but…

Dynamic and awesome podcast and it’s great how you present the topics and cover the information. However, can you please stop breaking to divert attention to your pets? It happens way to often and detracts from your stories and throws off the listener from the messages you are trying to convey. Thanks for your consideration of this review and your efforts to cover such deep material. Really enjoy your content.
