I stumbled upon this podcast in the early days while I was setting up my STR. I was hooked and went back to the beginning to binge listen to them all. Every detail that Natalie recommended I implemented and the results were clear through my reviews. Natalie said to give your guests baggies for leftovers, my guests commented on how nice it was to have those. Natalie said to have enough cookware to make a spaghetti dinner, my guests comment that my kitchen is “well stocked”. You get the idea. I even analyze my reviews to see who is the “AirBNB hole” while channeling Natalie’s voice (of course it’s not me). Also, for female hosts, go to the Level Up Your Listing Summit. Not only has Natalie’s podcast helped me become a better hostess, she personally has helped me and answered questions. She is inclusive and has a heart to help others succeed. Sharing her knowledge, and being open to others is a true gift. The cherry on top is she’s totally entertaining and has created an incredible podcast.

I disagree on a lot of opinions the host has. It used to be really good but the content is clearly focused at making Airbnb look good. She’s clearly an Airbnb Ambassador and takes the side of Airbnb on things that don’t support hosts. She sides with the guests on a lot of things I feel are ridiculous. I guess I’m the Airbnb Hole.

If you’re in hospitality/short-term rentals then this podcast is in my top of podcast and I am getting such a laugh on the Airbnbhole segment 🙌🤣🙌 Must listen 🎧

This weekend we had our first appliance go out in our airbnb after about a year of hosting. And instead of freaking out and wondering what to do when I couldn’t get it fixed prior to the next guest checking in. I just thought WWND? And then I knew…after taking her course, listening to her podcasts and attending her event, I feel empowered to handle almost any link that comes up along the way. Thank you Natalie. For nothing but good solid info. And no fluff. Love you for that!

I enjoy Natalie’s style, it’s down to earth and unpretentious but also confident and assertive. It’s hard to get that balance right, but it seems natural for Natalie. She’s one step ahead with all the follow up questions I want to be asked. I always get some worth wild nugget and a good laugh in each podcast. I highly recommend.

Natalie has a gift. Well, many gifts, obviously, but the one I’m referring to here is her gift of podcasting. I’ve been binge-listening to her show and realized several specific things I particularly appreciate. One is that she is a solo host. Inevitably podcasts with multiple hosts can’t or don’t skip the pleasantries between them, like what they did over the weekend or what they’re planning for the holidays, etc. As a listener I find it inefficient and a tad annoying to sit through small talk when all I really want is the meat and potatoes of the podcast. Second, her content is top notch. I feel like Natalie is my hosting coach/bestie and her advice has already prevented me from making some major hosting mistakes and mishaps, probably saving me countless headaches and dollars as a result. So thank you in advance for that, Natalie! And lastly, I appreciate her honesty. Her “who’s the airbnb-hole” brings out an extra candid side of her that I enjoy. It doesn’t seem like she’s trying to spare feelings or beat around the bush. She’s a straight shooter and it gives me more confidence as a host to treat my business with the same professional assertiveness. Keep up the great work, Natalie! Thank you!

Adding more to my original review: Really enjoyed episodes 27 and now 35 which have been very inspiring and educational. I kept “rewinding” to listen to all the great info on the loan products out there. I will probably give it another listen. And thanks to Ep27 I discovered Zeona and her new book which I preordered right away. I also always enjoy the last part of every episode although I have to say this last one (Ep35) was a bit excessive with the &#*@&. I usually listen while making dinner Wednesday night and I had to turn it waaaay down. I know this podcast is tagged “E” but sheesh! 🙀 Love your content Natalie! Keep it coming but feel free to substitute or abbreviate when quoting those AirBnBHoles 🤓. ————— What a super helpful and informative podcast for hosts. Natalie runs an incredible podcast. Her episodes are all content with no fluff, and each one has practical tips for hosts. She is a delight to listen to—good production value, funny without relying on it, and full of great advice. I strongly recommend!

One thing I love is how applicable these podcasts are. Natalie isn’t trying to sell us something we can’t implement. Some str podcasts feel cheesy or unauthentic. Natalie is exactly the opposite.

I’ve been an Airbnb host since 2017 and this podcast teaches me so much! I of course recommend it for new hosts but specially for more experienced hosts that feel stuck and need tips on how to make their job more manageable and fun.

This is by far and away the best podcast out there for vacation rental hosts. Natalie communicates so many great tips and tricks in a very succinct format. I learn something new from her with each episode! Thank you Natalie for hosting such a great podcast!!

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve found real estate podcast on a topic I’m interested in only to be disappointed and annoyed when I’m eight minutes in and the two chatty bros hosting haven’t even touched the main topic yet (bonus points if I’ve already had to skip through an ad or two). On the off-chance I push through the annoyance, I’m rewarded with a long, meandering conversation that may have some insight tucked into it but could have been better delivered in 20 minutes if only the hosts had bothered to plan and then demonstrated even a modicum of restraint. I roll my eyes but tolerate the random humble brags that add no value and are evidence of someone craving affirmation. Well anyway, I should probably talk my podcast angst, but that’s not why you’re reading this. Here's the bottom line: No Vacancy is a breath of fresh air when it comes to real estate/STR content. It doesn’t have any of the aforementioned flaws—instead, you’ll find consistent segments that surface diverse topics, a structured format that conveys tons of content, and deeper-than-surface-level “pro tips.” Throw in a dollop of humor and wit that steers well clear of being a self-indulgent waste of listener time. Huge kudos to Natalie for putting in the effort and intelligence to make a unicorn I thought didn’t exist: aka a useful STR podcast that doesn’t require eye-rolling upon consumption.
