Being very new to the topic of land investment, I have found that Dan and Ron are a great place to start! They have a very conversational, honest approach to their podcast which has made them great to listen to. It would be so cool to see some “Back to Basics” episodes in the future for those who are beginners to the topic!

Ron and Dan get right to the point and seem to explain things that are direct from their experience. While researching a program for land investing I decided to choose LIO because of their honest approach.

Found the personal vs professional goal setting episode #115 and liked the breakdown of personal vs business goals and setting MOTIVATING goals.

I’ve been listening to Ron & Dan since episode #1. I often listen just to get myself pumped up for the work ahead, and always end up learning something valuable in the process. Although they're relatively new to the business, they are the real deal and are eager to share what they've learned and continue to learn, as they remain active investors. I've personally worked with them on a couple deals and can say that they are good guys and good teachers. I recommend browsing the older episodes too!

This podcast is great because not only are you given the knowledge to the fundamentals of creating a land business but also how to think to grow a business in general from systems & processes to hiring. Which has really helped me grow over the last six months. Also, Ron & Dan aren’t just coaches they are the real deal in the land game doing incredible deals every week.
