My husband and I worked with Michael via Zoom for several weeks after we adopted two terrier-mixes who were untrained and very difficult with unfamiliar people and dogs. His method of positive reinforcement and gentle encouragement helped tremendously. As I listen to his podcasts, I can still hear the consistent encouragement and support that he offers not only to the pups, but to their owners. Keep listening and believing…no matter where your dog is now, better days are coming.
