So it's time to learn the rules. Planet Money Summer School is a crash course in economics for your ears. See the world through the lens of an economist and you'll start to feel a little less overwhelmed when making financial decisions. And if you're in front of the classroom? Power shift during the plague
Hello Planet Money! This years Summer School may be my favorite yet. Economic history has always been a love of mine. I love love the topics you’re covering this year. The first segment of Episode 2, about the labor power shift during the Black Death, is very intriguing. If you haven’t already seen it, Netflix has a series about that exact topic. It’s well stocked with excellent actors that bring all the feels and good comedy to a very dark time. Check it out if you haven’t already. Thank you for the many, many years of wonderful content for my brain. I love all shows Planet Money. Cheers!

Why the annoying and loud music???
The “noise” in the background was totally useless. For the hearing impaired or even slightly hearing impaired those noises interfere with language. Why must podcasts ruin good shows with background noises which they call music I guess.
