Her questions were incisive, follow-up very insightful, and overall the show was very enjoyable. Dr. Shelly’s method is very relaxed, and something she did that we wish all hosts would do: She let us speak! That doesn’t happen often, as many hosts talk for long periods. On Dr. Shelly’s Back On Track, we were able to explain our topic, one which is not easy to convey, especially in a fifteen-minute venue. Thank you Dr. Alicia Shelly for the great opportunity!

#debcandoit!Love your reassuring wordsI blew it over the fourth while visiting family. They had too many tempting pastries and once you eat one your body started craving the sugar. I did not realize how little sugar will lead to more cravings. But after listening to your podcasts this morning I starting again The Chinese proverb about falling down 7 times but getting back up 8 was what I needed to hear. Back on track again and I feel good about myself. Next when I am visiting family I will have my low carb low sugar snacks to help me to resist those sugary snacks!! Thank you
