Excited for the next adventure? Where to Go, produced by the team behind the award-winning DK Travel Guides, is here to help. Each fortnight we interview travel specialists, drawing on their expertise to bring you detailed recommendations of what to see, do and eat in a destination, as well as tips to help ensure your visit has a positive impact on the local community. Hosts
I love DK and expected more. It would be great if the hosts could prepare specific questions for the hosts. It also sounds like they are not listening or engaged with the guests. The host makes constant and disruptive sounds “mm hmm”, “yeah”, “mmm”, “ah”, “right”, “sounds great” etc. They sound like they are scrolling their phones and just making random noises to appear engaged.

I love the DK Eyewitness travel books which are well researched and highly informative. The podcast is, sadly, amateur hour. Goofy hosts who ramble on. When talking with a travel writer one felt obligated to tell her (and us) that she hadn’t read the book because she had so many emails. Hey DKE, you can do better.
