cgcurtisAccessible and Useful Information!I came across this podcast when I was searching for workout ideas for and info on the Assault Bike, and found that and much more. After trying out several Assault Bike workouts, I did the power vs endurance test that is outlined on an Assault Bike content page (which has tons of great info), and submitted my numbers via a Google Forms page. Ben got back to me shortly thereafter with my results and a link to sample workouts that I would likely respond well to, which was very helpful. I’ve listened to a number of episodes about e.g. rowing, testing maxes on lifts, and developing muscle-ups, all of which are informative. Definitely recommend this if you are into CrossFit-style training!

Z DuffyAwesome contentI just stumbled across this podcast March 1st due to the post that Jeff Baltimore is coming on the Podcast. I’m very glad I found this. I’m already on episode 008. Great content and perfect amount of detail on each subject. I could actually go for some longer discussions if you have larger subjects to discuss. Can’t wait to continue these today but I notice a few I have already listened to multiple times just to make sure I catch everything. Well done Ben!

Coltdoop23Informative and Easy to UnderstandAfter listening to the first few episodes, I was hooked. The episode on group programming has been my favorite so far. He gets into these topics by providing insight and it’s helpful to hear his points. It makes it much easier to understand programming and figure out what we could be doing differently to help those who attend our gym. Looking forward to hearing more as I listen to these. Thanks Ben.

RB CallaoDetailed and super informativeI have listened to a lot of fitness podcasts but what I think makes the Fitness Movement stand out is the way examples are explained. It is very down to earth and easy to comprehend advice however detailed enough know there is good thought and research that went into said advice. I bought the Zoar fitness muscle up tutorial shortly after listening to this podcast knowing I would confidently get stronger and proficient in technique. Definitely worth listening to regularly

Biggggg AlInsightful, practicalBen lays out excellent content on fitness and training. As a physical therapist and beginner CrossFit athlete, I appreciate gaining new insights and perspectives on sport performance. New paradigms are presented in easy-to-digest ways. It’s clear a lot of research, thought and sweat went into this. Five stars! Dr. Doug Miller would be proud.
