Wish I had known this years ago
This podcast is so unbelievably rich with information it’s shocking - and Coach Pat gives it all away for free. Looking back it’s crazy how much time I’ve wasted chasing nonsense and not doing the simple things that move the needle. No more - Linchpin has made all the difference.

    Awesome show
Honest, authentic and informational. Pat Sherwood is the best and the fantastic information he provides for free is unmatched. Love this show! Way better information than the very expensive ACE certification I paid for many years ago to become a coach before I knew better/found Crossfit

    If you’re into improving, listen
Just a few of my takeaways from listening to this podcast: Consistency is key. Put a brick in the wall every day. Do what is effective not popular. Put in the work because it’s what we do, not to impress others or have awesome instagram posts. Scaling is cool. Coffee is the way.

    This is amazing.
This is basically a semi weekly free education on how to improve your life physically and mentally. Pat is such a gift. This is the way.

    So much great info!
Pat’s humility and kindness combined with his vast life experience make this podcast a treasure trove of great CrossFit information for the coach and athlete alike. I only wish his wife Emily, a star athlete herself, would make more appearances! Either way, invaluable info and I so appreciate it!

    Excellent!!!
A most gracious and humble host with a vast knowledge of functional fitness among other things. Truly a shining star in the world of CrossFit. Always entertaining and educational.

    Valuable insights for any athlete
Pat Sherwood shares a wealth of knowledge that you might not hear from many CrossFit coaches, either because they don’t have his years of experience or because there just isn’t enough time in your average 1-hour CrossFit class when the focus is usually on doing the work, not philosophizing over it. Whatever the case, if you are a CrossFitter (or really any sort of dedicated gym-goer) there is a ton to be learned from these conversations about specific lifts and movements, strategies for CrossFit benchmark workouts, as well as mindset, how and when to train, and everything in between. Knowledge was achieved! Couldn’t be simpler.

    Excellent podcast!
Was so excited to see Pat Sherwood had a podcast! Invaluable information presented in a easy to follow, casual demeanor making you feel like you are talking to a good friend over a cup of coffee. A must listen!

    Great Resource
Sherwood takes questions from real people, not just big time athletes, who crossfit for health and he gives real, practical, down to earth answers.

    Full of GEMS
Pat Sherwood is giving away free gold. Subscribe, listen, absorb, apply into your training and daily life. Full disclosure: I pay Pat $20 bucks a month to get the full benefit of the CrossFit Linchpin private track. But guess what, you can get a lot of it here for FREE!
