    So helpful!
Krista’s insights have been a lifeline in a journey no one wants to take. Her gentle wisdom, kindness, and empowering outlook have helped me navigate the hardest season of my life. I’m so grateful for the way she shares her own story while offering hope and practical support to widowed moms like me. Her teaching that we can create a life we love, even after a devastating loss, seemed incomprehensible to me at first — but slowly, over time, I’ve learned that I can. That’s because Krista led the way.

    Relatable
Krista’s questions and Jo’s open answers in episode 308 resonated with me. Her travels, sense of adventure, experiences with friends and couples, being a hard charger focusing on learning and getting going with our unfortunate grief adventure reminded me of myself.

    Former sad widow
I started by listening to the podcasts. They are so amazing. I wanted to get on the fast track to healing , so I joined her Mom goes on group . This is the best gift I have ever given myself ! I have learned all about feelings and how to feel my feelings. I learned how to use the “model” to get the results I desired. The group coaching calls are amazing. Krista provides an atmosphere where we can be honest and learn to do the hard things . I can’t believe how fast the 6 months have gone .I will always be thankful for Krista and her amazing podcasts . I will continue to listen and hopefully continue to grow ! Thank you for your honesty and love ❤️ XOXoO Kerry Bunn

    A New Way of Thinking
I had never even listened to a podcast before I found Krista on my FB feed. In the year and a half since, I’ve learned and grown. I’ve learned that I’m the boss of my thoughts and how to really feel the feelings I was suppressing….I’ve grown to believe that I will love my life again…even seeing glimmers of that shine through! There’s so much more I could say…but to summarize: Krista and the wonderful team she has assembled along with my Mom Goes On sisters have challenged me, uplifted me and helped my to change my life in ways I would never have thought possible.

A chance encounter with a fellow widow lead me to Krista’s Podcast. It was life affirming and instrumental in helping me build a new life. Krista offers sound, relatable perspectives on widowhood in her podcast. And they are free! I later enrolled in one of her paid programs which was very useful, but the podcasts are a wonderful standalone resource available to all. Highly recommend.

A few weeks after the passing of my beloved husband, I started searching for a podcast that could truly support me through my grief. As someone who listens to a lot of podcasts and is drawn to self-help content, I can usually tell pretty quickly what resonates—and Krista’s podcast stood out immediately. Her message, her tone, and the way she speaks about grief connected with me. A couple of months ago, I decided to take the next step and join her Mom Goes On coaching program, and I’m so grateful I did. Krista’s work has been incredibly helpful in this season of my life. I truly appreciate the compassion, wisdom, and guidance she offers.

Krista’s podcast has been so helpful after my husband’s death. She provides references that everyone can relate to during this time. She provides information needed to process grief in a loving and caring way. Her podcast led me to her Mom Goes on Program and I am so glad I invested in myself to keep living life the best way I can. You will not regret listening and taking time to care for yourself.

    Life changing
I started listening to these podcasts over a year ago and I believe I will listen forever. They ground me. They help me remember who is in charge of me. They give me hope for a happy future... no matter what happens in my life. I was skeptical at first, but when I let my heart open to the principles Krista teaches in Mom Goes On, it truly changed me. I no longer dread my life without my person. I learned I can miss him AND I can find happiness and things in life to truly be excited about. Thank you Krista for teaching us and sharing all you've learned through your own experiences. I will be forever grateful I found you! Much love!

    Grateful
This podcast has helped me through my first year and a half as a widow. I found it about five months out and I wish I had found it sooner. After I lost my husband I was looking for a community who was in the same boat as me. Krista’s podcast helped me find that.

    Wisdom as a Widow
Would someone who lost their spouse possibly perceive that anything positive can come from being a widow? Certainly not me in October of 2023. Grief consumed me and there was nothing else until I began listening to Krista’s podcasts. And then from there, I discovered her life coaching program, Mom’s Go On. Krista’s podcasts and life coaching have been an integral part of my journey of self discovery. With Krista’s insightfulness, resources, and experience, I have applied what I have learned to my life. For this, I am truly blessed and grateful!

Not Sure Where I Would Be Without this Podcast
I started listening to The Widowed Mom Podcast in November 2024, 2 months after my husband passed away unexpectedly. I was hooked immediately. I listened to other podcasts as well but Krista’s content really resonated with me. By December I was enrolled in Mom Goes On and I recently attended a Coaching on the Couch. I cannot recommend this podcast enough. Whether you’re a recent widow or have been on this journey a while, whether you have kids at home or an empty nester (like me), the tools you learn are invaluable.

Krista has an amazing way of walking through so many of the issues that widows go through. She is very knowledgeable and has a gentle and kind spirit. Even though this is the most difficult thing I have ever gone through, she has helped me accept that my future can still be good. Thank you Krista!

    A light in the darkness
Weeks after our family of 6 was involved in a senseless criminal car accident killing the love of my life and our oldest daughter I couldn’t catch my breath, let alone make “sense” of this horrific trauma and devastating loss. The emotional and physical pain was and is excruciating. The Widowed Mom’s Podcast was and continues to be my lifeline of support. Not only giving me hope, but also tools to navigate and grow this phase of my journey. Eternally grateful. Highly recommend.

Almost 3 years later & STILL helpful!
I posted my first review of this wonderful podcast on 4/19/23 but it’s been so helpful in my healing journey that it merits another one. My fiance died by suicide on 8/8/22. Lost in a sea of mourning and despair, one of my closest friends introduced me to Krista’s podcast. I binge-listened for months then started taking her workshops and, the piece de resistánce, Mom Goes On. The knowledge. tools, skills, hope, and friendships I gained are invaluable and continue to help me every single day. I cannot recommend this podcast and all of Krista’s classes enough!!!

A gift for anyone who is grieving
The Widowed Mom Podcast is truly a gift in a culture that often misunderstands grief. While many grief resources today feel outdated or unhelpful, Krista St-Germain has created something extraordinary through her powerful combination of personal experience and professional coaching expertise. Each episode offers both the heartfelt compassion and practical tools that those of us navigating loss so desperately need. If you're grieving any type of loss, this podcast is the supportive, understanding resource you've been searching for.

    Feels good to be seen!
Finding Kristas program and platform was a true blessing when I needed it most. Just knowing I had signed up for coaching gave me a positive boost that I didn’t think was possible after the loss of my husband. I was having an extremely difficult time moving forward and Krista gave me the tools and insight with how to navigate and conquer from a place of understanding and love. By the grace of God and through her own horrible tragic loss she created a program for of us widows to come together and learn why we “think” the way we do and use tools to embrace what has happened and see that it is possible to live again and have a happy life. I feel like she picked me up, brushed me off and helped me to stand on firm ground again. This loss is something you just don’t know until you know. I’m so sorry for her loss and so grateful for her taking the risk to want to help others get to the other side of it. I definitely felt seen by someone who Really gets it! Love you girl! Candy

    Life-Changing
I cannot speak highly enough the difference listening to Krista’s podcasts have made in my life since my husband died in 2023. To add to that, I also joined Mom Goes On. Again, what I have learned and the friendships I have made from and with women who know EXACTLY what it feels like to be widowed .. priceless!

    Moving Forward
Krista has been my Life saver (intentional capital L). I was in a very dark, scary, unmotivated space when I was introduced to Krista’s The Widowed Mom podcast. I subsequently joined Mom Goes On which was an investment in myself. She has taught me so many tools and ideas on how to not only managed my grief, but also intentionally design my life going forward. Having this control is a new concept for me, especially by myself. But I have hope and ambitions now. Thank you, Krista, for sharing your experiences and wisdom with us.

    Episode 307
It’s uncanny how your podcast topics show up at just the right time - it’s like your podcast schedule knows what I need to hear! Today’s episode really resonated as I find myself wanting to exert control over things that I don’t actually have the ability to control. Your vulnerability in sharing your own personal experiences makes this podcast so relatable — and there is so much comfort in knowing that I’m not alone with the kinds of thoughts and feelings I’ve experienced through this widow journey. ❤️

    Need to control
Krista, thank you so much! This is one of my biggest struggles… and you described it so well and gave me some tools for working on it. Thanks for helping me to get a head of this primitive brain which is always trying to keep me safe but then keeping me from loving life. ;)

    Help & Hope
I’ve been a dedicated listener since my husband passed away in December 2023. I honestly felt hopeless and lost prior to discovering Krista’s podcast. Over the past 16 months, the podcast has provided so much insight and given me so many tools to help me navigate this hard place. Aside from the practical content, hearing her say, “I love you, and you’ve got this” at the end of every show always puts a smile on my face and brings me such encouragement, because I BELIEVE her. Thank you Krista! You are a gift!
