I have been following the show for quite some time now and I can’t thank you enough for how much this has guided me all the way from thinking about building my dream home to now we are at the framing stage. This podcast has given me so much to consider and helped me make so many decisions along the way with the guidance of the builder we chose as well. It’s also given me a lot of info regarding the market, selling our existing home, upcoming data, etc. I look forward to each episode as it has helped teach me something new. The task of building your own home feels so daunting in the beginning but this podcast helps break down various questions we all have regarding the home buying and building process. (In a way a newbie can grasp.) The episodes are not too long and it’s a good mix of facts and expert opinion thrown in. Thank you so much!!
