Minge33Disgusting Hate To A Talented Young QueenI have hesitated to comment because I have truly loved your show. As more time passes between Season 17 in the context of the current disastrous political climate and now sad passing of another dear Queen, Willam’s relentless picking on Suzie Toot bothers me more and more. You have defended your disgusting, unfair behavior time and time again that you are only commenting on what you see on your TV, but is all this hatred toward Suzie what you really saw? Wow. I have listened from the beginnings of your show and never have I heard you spout such a BIZARRE, ugly focus on any Queen, let alone someone who precedes you in age by 15 years. Where is your heart? Where are the jokes? And, you are too cool (and old) to wear the tongue-in-cheek T-shirt she gifted you? You have said repeatedly that reading needs to be funny — you haven’t been funny about Suzie at all. Just cruel. Cruel. Cruel. As a retired high school English teacher, I understand the value of constructive feedback. I am offering that. Redeem yourself. You would think you would always be kinder to young talent, even when they need to be corrected, especially as dear queens pass away and leave the earthly drag community. You want hate to be your legacy? Sure, you are sarcastic and acerbic, but your heart is always evident. And you have been hilarious. Now? No. Please stop. Maybe it’s time to retire. And wear the shirt — it’s funny unlike your absolute vitriol. Listen to yourself, Willam. You have been beyond one-sided and mean. Disappointed doesn’t describe it — how can you stand up at Pride when you have been so cringey and foul toward another entertainer who appears on a TV show? You went too far again and again. To say her drag isn’t even drag? What about your ugly masks? Why not just join in with the hate drag movement? You have given them a lot of material. Where were the jokes? Cmon, old girl.

ltsp100sPlease find a cough buttonLove the gals, love the pod but please dear lord learn to use the cough button or mute yourselves so we don’t have to hear you absolutely GULP giant sips of water every 10 minutes. So disgusting and unnecessary.

Jrdubz114The SlurpingI have been a devoted listener of this podcast from the VERY beginning (this is the beginning!) but lately the sound of Alaska slurping her tea or whatever it is from her mug or whatever she is drinking from (I am a listener-only) has made the podcast almost unlistenable. I’m at the point now where I am anticipating hearing it when she is not speaking and the listening experience has become uncomfortable for me. I understand the need to stay hydrated but I’m not sure why she needs to slurp like that, it’s incredibly grating. Can this be remedied in any way?

donnjmck3 Stars for Alaska & Naomi - ZERO for WillamSorry, but listening to Willam is painful. It’s like listening to Debbie Downer for over an hour without the humor. I’ll overlook the inside jokes and the fact that these episodes last about 40 minutes longer than they need to because of Alaska. But Willam either needs to start taking meds so she can be funny, or she just needs to take a break. This season (Season 17) has been nothing but painful to listen to.

Zelena knowsNasty liars“Pay for a subscription? For what—missed deadlines and broken promises? This company’s as shady as they come. If I’m ever in California on a hot day, I’ll call up these ‘queens’ just to stand next to something that actually delivers on being shady.”

clayrsStop slurping AlaskaLove the show but the slurping is really off putting. I get it’s cunty blah blah death drop but it’s like when you eat on mic too
-
MikeyguruleFive stars for the girls.Update! Please stop letting dipper pick the music of the week. He’s trash. Please don’t let Dipper talk EVER. Ruins the podcast and every podcast. Also feel like he eggs on tension between Willam and Alaska. Other than him, podcast is perfect. Replace him.

NellyWintersSlurping in the micI love Alaska, but the slurping of the beverage in the mic after every 2 or 3 sentences has completely turned me off of this podcast. 😣

lennixBooked, blessed but inconsistentBlessed to have this podcast. And I’m truly glad the hosts and producers and prolific in their careers, but when does the (free) episode come out? Tuesday? Wednesday, Thursday? Barely holding onto this thing called life and this pod helps me get by (being dramatic to underline a point). Would be nice to be able to count on the consistency of the air dates of this podcast since I can’t count on anything else.

SchweahStop Slurping In My Ear!Stop slurping in my goddamn ear!

state-coin-designerDon’t Support Lockwood51Love the pod, have listened for five years. Willam mentions Lockwood51 in the recent episode. Lockwood does not support queer artists, does not have ethical employee practices, and is overall a bad company. Yes, it is run by a gay man, but that does not equal ethical production.

clairebear (╹◡╹)♡LOVEI look forward to this every week! Alaska was my first favorite queen from when I watched Rupaul with my babysitter, and Willam has quickly become another favorite since I started listening to this. I think the balance between the two’s style of commentary is excellent and keeps things exciting, and have absolutely loved the inclusion of Naomi recently. I find this show to be honest and candid and hilarious on all fronts, and from the hosts to the producer I’m so grateful for what they create!

spicygayboyBring back Alaska EarsAmazing pod, really missing the Alaska eats segment tho
-
Douglas MoserThe inside scoopAfter watching years of RPDR, I’m so happy to hear what goes on behind th scenes. Willam’s sharp critique, and Alaska’s more moderated reactions make for a well balanced take on what really goes on. Entertaining and enlightening. And somehow, even though we can’t see them on their podcast, we still feel the drag!
-
ESKULL19Good podcastWould be better if Big Dipper didn’t have a mic.

Llewellyn DowdI think this show rewired my brainWhen I first started listening I was bombarded with a dense and impenetrable wall of inside jokes and sound effects and I thought there is no way I can keep up with all this puzzling wisdom. Fast forward to today and I am singing DERRRICK to myself as I drive around and can probably explain 90% of the references to a horrified third party. I've never felt more alive

booger bootsLong ads :(I hate ads but I love Alaska. Thank goddess for the 60 sec skip. Otherwise, great show!

Jill OttoAmazingSuch a great podcast!!!

vince.pagedump dipthe quality + entertainment value has been going down in recent years. the format of the episodes feels increasingly scripted. i can literally hear dipper's writing, which ends up being more than half of the show. (the episode without dipper when willam and alaska were together in australia was lovely!) my editorial note would be to dump the dip, at least his scripts, and get back to what the ladies do best: being funny and iconic! 💝

OneLove_____⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️These women have shaped me for the better. Listen as they disseminate their wisdom so that it may bless you, too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mutt860EnoughWillam has always been problematic. Entitled and embittered, years later, that actions are taken against them when they break the rules. Drag con “scandal”, if you go somewhere where you know the host and organizer, Rupaul, does not like you or want you there, you are an instigator. But honestly the real tipping point, they recently said “we’re discussing the Vivienne’s passing over on our patreon”. Using someone’s death to market your patreon and make yourself money is actually disgusting. Way better drag / drag race podcasts to check out.

r0sebleedLife-saving podcastI don’t know where I’d be without these two. The rewatch value of every single episode is insane. They have gotten me through so many hard days. Love them 🐇
-
MinxJonsoonThank gawd for WillamSuch a fun podcast, love the girls, love Big D. I've listened to every episode ... from the very beginning. Willam's brutal honesty is witty, refreshing and entertaining. Alaska is great, but tends to be everyone's cheerleader which sometimes comes across as disingenuous. I always look forward to the next episode.

KayB42Obsessed with NeedlesThey mention Sh*ron like once a month. A racist who never took accountability. I don’t care that she and Alaska used to date and that Willam has a soft spot for her. It really shows who they make exceptions for. Don’t let Sh*ngela come up and they are tight lipped. But when it comes to Sh*ron they have all the nice things to say. Makes me think they were in those rooms where she would say slurs for fun and not say anything.

KittyNattieThank youThank you for taking a stand on what is happening to the Palestinian people. You all could just ignore it and you aren’t. It’s brave but you guys have always been brave. Keep the poli sci in ladies, it’s my favorite stuff y’all talk about, and it’s refreshing. Also Alaska thank you for your words surrounding the mario business, it’s high time those that benefit from the suffering of us all know what it means to suffer. Healthcare reform now.
