Since Episode 1 I haven’t stopped listening to Seth. I’m a business owner and i’ve been spending my time on the food business for the last 7 years. We’re ready to move away to something else and land investing is what I’m aiming for. I look forward to acquire Seth’s training course and start my land investing business. God Bless you Seth!

I’ve bounced around to different RE sites and channels, still do. Even before internet days, I followed different subscriptions to news letters, etc. I’ve been in real estate 33 years. Since I started following REtipster that’s where I spend the majority of my precious learning time! REtipster is hands down most useful source around! I came here for the Land, a new area for me, but I’ve really benefited from hearing about other areas of Real Estate as well. Always something useful!

The best podcast around for real estate investors and those looking for advice to get started. It’s like having a different coach or mentor each week!

Hosts are very genuine and not trying to sell you anything - they focus on education and information over profit…

Used to be really good when their focus was on land investing. Now they’re spreading themselves too thin with a bunch of other topics. There are better real estate podcasts for those topics. If they focused on land they would be the best podcast on it week in and week out.

Seth and Jaren ask great questions and get the important details from their guests. This is one of my favorite podcasts for land investing and provide the ins and outs of land investing that you don’t always get when hearing about the land business. The last podcast regarding advertising on Facebook I found particularly timely since I had not spent the time yet to learn this part of the business in depth. So much info in every show!

Seth and Jaren are good, honest guys who are out to help people get started and make good decisions as land investors. Of all the land related podcasts available, this is the single most valuable one. I’ve gotten something valuable from every episode, but a few have been critical to my start as a land investor. They are all good episodes, but listen to the Ferreira and Goldberg interviews for a couple of the most practically oriented but also motivating interviews for those of us new to the business. Well done Seth and Jaren!

I have been listening to Seth for almost a year now. I thoroughly enjoy listening to his podcast. I drive a lot for my job and listening to him interview people helps keep my mind set on what I want to do no matter how many people say it’s risky, dumb, or you can’t do that. Which by the way a recent podcast I listen to the guest said he had the same problem with the people around him saying the same thing. From that podcast I decided to just keep this all to myself, no more sharing my idea with anyone else as they just slow me down. There has been a ton of information that I have heard from Seth and his guest oh and Jaren. I think Jaren is a great addition to the podcast and I believe I can hear him smiling when he talks so you can tell he really enjoys being on the podcast. I have yet to start investing. I’m the one they say is extremely hesitant to pull the trigger. I have researched, researched some more, and more but never feel that I am completely ready to move forward. Sometimes I think it is because I listen to so many podcast and I keep hearing different ideas that make me rethink what I thought I was about to do. Recently I have gone back and fourth about paying for a membership, but it’s hard for me to spend $20 so I keep backing off from that. Right now I have found numerous list and I know how to do the post cards, just worried about the deal part. And what I mean about the deal part is the contract to buying it and the contract to selling it. I believe I can find a seller and I can find a buyer. I have heard so much from them I am confident in these parts, I just need to see more on the contracts part. Maybe there is something I am missing on the site or missed a podcast so if I am and there is a way to let me know please do. In the meantime, Seth and Jaren I really enjoy listening to you guys, your guest, and all the success stories. Thank you so much and I am planning to force myself to move forward within the next month. Wish me luck.

I listen to a bunch of different real estate investment podcasts and this is my favorite one and I have listened to every episode. The content is amazing and Seth is just a great guy all around. Definitely give it a listen, you will learn a lot. I have listened to the other people that have podcasts on the same product and while Seth gives you great information and helps you, others just have the podcast to stroke their ego or use it as a sales channel to pimp their products on you.

Seth has put together an extremely valuable education system. What he offers far exceeds what everyone else is doing! He consistently proves that he is concerned more about the education of his followers vs. the sell of a gimmick or a course. Seth offers his course but you very rarely ever hear him sell it on his podcast. He does a great job remaining bipartisan when it comes to reviews and will always give his best recommendation. I am starting my bottom feeding campaign today, I am brand spankin new to the vacant land arena. I’ve not taken any courses, but I’m confident I have the know how and the resources to get going in the right direction! Thank you Seth for your hard work and dedication!

Seth’s approach to teaching this niche through the podcasts is great! His website/blog has numerous articles that are extremely helpful. I really enjoyed episode 30. I was able to take away some true insight into my own land investing business. In particular the need to be patient on the sell side (come to find out it’s not just my property that doesn’t sell instantly) and her very low rate of non performing terms deals with a high enough down payment. It was refreshing to get back to a pure land investing interview. I enjoy all of Seth’s & Jaren’s podcasts and like the idea of exploring other passive income streams. But at the end of the day I am a member of RETipster and subscribe to the podcast because I see them as the most well rounded of all the internet land investor educators. I hope they will always keep those kinds of interviews as their core.

My husband and I heard about land investing a couple of months ago. We have been discussing how to get started by searching websites and blogs. We knew we would have time to listen to podcasts on our upcoming car trip so we downloaded Seth’s podcast. So far we are enjoying his candid approach to the topic of land investing. 4 episodes in and listening to episode 5 at the moment of this review.

I have followed Seth off and on and find his material extremely valuable. He’s straight forward and provides you with powerful and actionable advice without any hype, nor does he constantly pitch products like so many in this business do. I love that he is producing this Podcast for those of us who have limited time to sit down and actually read the blog or watch the videos as often as we like. If you are looking for sound real estate investing advice, your time is well spent studying Seth’s material. I have learned via several mediums and have had pretty good success, having flipped over 80 pieces of land and roughly 20 houses and collected some rental properties. However, along the way I made some mistakes. Being part of a community like Seth’s and others enables you to build knowledge quickly from not only the teacher, but others in the community who are doing deals and can help you which in turn will accelerate your success and help minimize your mistakes. “A wise person learns from their mistakes, but a genius learns from other’s mistakes”.

Seth’s podcast has gotten better every episode. He seems to satisfy his own curiosity about the expertise of each guest without injecting his own preconceptions. Rare quality in the real estate world.

Seth does a great job teaching his investment strategies and brings in great guests to share their experiences and insights. I appreciate the effort that goes into this podcast because it is very helpful!

I listen to tons of real estate podcasts and this one is my favorite-- Seth packs each episode with a wealth of info. He seems more like a podcaster/investor than others who may be great in real estate but can't really translate that into interesting podcast content.

I just discovered this podcast within the last month. I’ve been binge listening to all available episodes and reading the blog on the Retipster.com website as well as watching the videos. There is a wealth of information here and Seth does a fantastic job with providing information, particularly in land investing. Looking forward to more podcast episodes and my journey as a real estate investor. Thank you, Seth, for providing such wonderful information.

I love the guests that Seth invites to be a part of his podcasts. I look forward to these and enjoy the content that is being discussed, particularly abut land investing. There have been a few podcasts that have fallen flat in my opinion. But most every guest has something that I can find benefical.

I really enjoy Seth’s demeanor and content, he is bringing genuine information without all the “buy my course or content” pitches seen with other podcast hosts.

I especially love when you have students of your or people actually succeeding in the LAND portion of real estate.

Seth always has an interesting guest on that’s a specialist in various real estate niches. I learn a lot from his show after first hearing about him on the Bigger Pockets Podcast. Keep up the awesome work as always!

Following up to my original review on Apr 15th where I sent my first mailer. Bought and sold my first property, really without knowing what the heck I was doing, just dove into it and put all the money I had to give this a shot with on my first deal (which now I realize is definitely not recommended). Came out $11k ahead, so big win overall! Every time I got to the next step in the process I just referenced Seth's blog and podcast for the relavent post. Thank you Seth, you got me hooked. And thank you for being one of the most open, and honest educators out there. Next round of deals here we come!

I am thankful and excited to have found this podcast! I can already tell the quality of the content is excellent, and the motivations of the host couldn't be better. He really wants us to empower us to succeed. He does this effectively and efficiently by delivering concise and valuable information directly. I've listened to many real estate podcasts, youtube playlists, and more. Pound for pound, I've found none that hit as hard as Seth Williams' The RE tipster podcast.

I’ve been following the REtipster blog since June of 2016. I have flipped 27 properties, paid off $49,000 in debt, and my wife was able to quit her job and stay home with our newborn daughter. Thanks Seth!

I have been following Seth since I first heard his segment on Bigger Pockets podcast last summer, and I have read or listened to every blog, video and podcast multiple times each. I have been biding my time until I can send out my first campaign, hopefully soon, but in the meantime I am still learning something new every time he releases new material. Seth is a natural teacher. I’ve learned from his blog articles as well as his videos. He consistently puts out clear concise helpful information to help other investors. He understands that the key to his success is helping others be successful. I’ve listened to his first few podcasts and think they went really well and look forward to many more to come.
