The Real Deal

I started listening to this podcast about 2 years ago and after a month or so I took the plunge and bought their program. Since then, I’ve completed about 40 deals (bought and sold) under their guidance and am working out the kinks in my business to scale up to doing it full-time. Addicting

I found the Land Academy recently and decided to give land flipping a try after thoroughly educating myself. I've listened to over 100 of these short podcasts the past 2 weeks. They literally keep me alive at my day-job. It makes me feel like I'm not wasting my time away while doing mundane and boring tasks at work because I am investing in my future with this education. I'm constantly learning new things with each podcast and always being entertained by these guys. This podcast keeps me sane through work and gives me hope that someday soon I will be able to have what these guys have, which is freedom.

Jack and Jill bring know how and some fun. The are earnest and unscripted. They keep me motivated while I learn. The questions they answer are informative. I love it’s not all facts and figures also. Can bring smiles and laughs. They always give insight toward real estate investing, especially land.

Masters of the subject

I have binge listened to Jack and Jill for 8 months. It has helped me tremendously. They understand what they are teaching and do it in a fun format that is easy to listen to. My income has gone way up as a result of actioning many of their practical teaching on land investing. Jack and Jill changed my life!

This podcast is super awesome! My and my life and business partner, we are members of Land Academy and we are listening every single podcast. We are listening when we are driving to pick up our boy from school, when we are going to his soccer practice, when we are cooking a dinner or taking a shower. The information that they provide is priceless. Nobody else does that. We where looking for that kind a program for a long time. We paid lots of money to finally get what we want. Jack and Jill and Land Academy is the only way to go if you willing to be a successful in Real Estate. We bought few parcels and we already doubled and in some cases tripled our money but for me it’s not only about the money. I learned so much and the things I learn every day helps me with my everyday life. My new year resolution is not only to listen all the Jack & Jill podcasts but to read all the Community Forums every day now. 2-3 posts a day and you are a pro! Best podcast for learning to buy and sell land

This podcast is filled with nuggets of wisdom about how to buy and sell land. They post the transcription online and sometimes I pull the episodes up there to quickly do a search for a few important points that they spit out. Each podcast could probably be 10 minutes long if they just dove into the topic, but they have a lot of off topic conversations. You'll start to enjoy Jack's long rants and Jill's humor. They are two genuinely happy people and it's fun listening to them.

After listening to a dozen or so shows...Answering questions on air is super helpful, and some of the bits of information given during conversation are good. However, it seems that there is plenty of inside jokes or talking down rabbit trails.

Appreciate how genuine and straight forward Jack and Jill are. In the few specific episodes I began with, Jack strictly referred to Jill as his business partner. Several episodes later...amongst HEAVY audio flirtation from Jack, I FINALLY realized there was more to this relationship than business and I had to laugh. Enjoy hearing the mutual respect you have for one another. Solid content. Specific feedback: Your episodes heavy on information balanced with just the right amount of entertainment and episodes including real numbers on real deals you or your team members have done are my favorite. No "Pitchathons" Just Actionable Content

Great real life content. Jack and Jill are very human, real and down to earth entrepreneurs who never try to pitch. They are truly there to help and provide real examples and actionable content. The dynamic of their relationship ads some fun and entertainment as well. They leave you inspired and motivated. They select questions to answer that are very pertinent to every land investor. They answer in detail and don't hang you out with 3/4 of the answer and then try to sell you expensive coaching to get the rest of the answer (like most of the crooked, so called gurus out there).

I really want to give this show 5 stars because I love the topic. The reason for only 4 is that Jack tends to criticize other people and ways of investing too much. I think it's unnecessary and detracts from the value.

The most helpful and authentic RE podcast out there!

As an avid podcast listener I can confidently say that Jack & Jill knock the content out of the park on these daily podcasts. I have been listening about 3 months now... Great Personalities and Informative Sessions

I'm really enjoying listening to your podcasts! They are extremely helpful and informative and I feel like I can trust these two as experts in this field. There's only a handful of people who are providing this type of guidance and coaching online. I am in the process of figuring out where's the best place to learn this process. Steve and Jill have great friendly and encouraging feel to their podcast. There's is quite a bit of content out there for this type of passive income. I am still trying to decide where I should spend my time learning. One thing I think Jill and Steve could improve on is balancing the amount of discussion on relevant content and of side-bar discussions. Sometimes I think the side comments are funny but more often i feel like it goes on for quite a while. Sorry! I do not mean to offend - I am just pointing out something I've noticed by comparing the free content out there! Keep up the great work!!
