I love the revenge podcast, and I make sure to listen everyweek, I download it to my phone and listen on my walks. However I miss the whole team together, especially this week when all we had was Phil. He did an awesome job but it seems that whenever there are less than three people on the panel it's just not worth it, the information is just not there. I know with schedules it can be tough to have everyone there at one time, but The Librian's podcast had an episode where they brought in a guest panalist, maybe that's something you should look into when this happens again where there are less than three people?

The female talkers are really obnoxious and the guy sounds annoyed with them most of the time. Makes me wonder why they are chosen to discuss about Revenge?

A HUGE shout out to Phil for his tireless efforts to keep the conversation all-things-Revenge. I appreciate the recaps, regardless of who is giving them, and that's why I keep listening. However, if Phil wasn't there to corral the conversation back to the business at hand (REVENGE REVENGE REVENGE), I would stop listening.

It is really difficult to listen to this podcast. I love the show and very much want to like the podcast but you ladies sound like idiots. It doesn't seem like you pay attention very much to the show and actually think about what's going on. You focus on stupid issues and not necessarily the main points of the show. Of course they are raising lots of questions the first couple/few episodes THEY HAVE A FULL SEASON to set up! Of course they aren't going to give all the David Clark answers right away. You are forgetting that until the end of last season he was a dead terrorist. He couldn't be seen by anybody. He wasn't out walking around the Hamptons looking for Charlotte or Jack or anyone. He resurfaced when Conrad made the confession and ended up clearing David's name. Also, if you did research on the show even a little bit you'd had read that Emily VanCamp has come out and said that she hopes that maybe this is the last season. That it might be time to wrap things up. That doesn't mean that they will end it or that she is leaving but you'd expect that if they are considering that option they will in fact answer the important questions. Also in recent interviews Emily VanCamp said that the writers did want Ben as a new love interest for her but she thought it was a bad idea since she is still grieving the loss of Aiden. So the fact that you are spending so much time worrying about that seems pointless. And also about David Clark, yes he murdered Conrad but that doesn't make him completely a bad guy. Conrad framed him as a terrorist, got him life in prison, took away his daughter, supposedly had him murdered in prison... I'm not condoning what he did but he's more justified in what he did than in what anyone else on the show has done.

I like this podcast. Phil, Anna, and Roxy offer great insight and I love listening to this to pick up some things I might have missed. The only criticism I have is to please get rid of Sarah. All she does is giggle and it's hard to listen to. But everyone else is great!

First of all ignore the review from lost of joy. If you don't like what these ladies bring then you must not like anyone, they are a great bunch and work together well. Afterbuzz does many great podcasts (Revenge, Defiance, The Americans and The following) that I listen to and has a bunch of great hosts. These guys know what they are doing and a do it better than most. Give them a listen, you won't be dissapointed.

I love the show, and the podcast. I love all the feedback , discussions, ideas the hosts provide . This goes for all afterbuzz podcasts I listen to (there's a lot) : enough with the shameless Slimfast plug! I understand that they must be a sponsor ... But isn't playing the Slimfast commercial at the beginning enough? You can tell the hosts also think it's ridiculous because they can't even keep a straight face when they plug in "ohhh you know what she must be using?! *hahaha* what? *haha* must be using Slimfast! It's so delicious! *hahaha*" please Maria, make them stop! :)

OK, I'm gonna explain the episode the way I saw it. Emily had two tracking devices, the first of which failed when she fell into the water, which Aiden pointed out. The SECOND tracking device was the garder belt which Emily activated when she got the buoy. The case that was hanging below the buoy I'm gonna assume had a life raft in because Aiden and Emily said they thought of EVERYTHING. Emily was too weak to get it open, and it ended up sinking. Emily, saw the boat from a distance and immediately started swimming. Aiden was ONLY able to find her because of the second tracking device. Aiden knew he couldn't bring Emily in without looking suspicious so he knocked that stuff over to wake the captain of that small boat and make him aware of Emily so he could get her to hospital immediately. BTW, I love the fact that it was Jack, who helped Emily remember it just proves to me how pointless Aiden is as a character. I've wanted him dead from the moment he showed up. Mike Kelly is an idiot for even introducing him.

I love Revenge, but I can't stand the hosts of this podcast, especially Katherine, she laughs all the time, even when it's not appropriate. I'm listening to season 2 so I hope that she doesn't come back for season 3.

I have listened to several AfterBuzz podcasts & really want to like them, but there is just something about the format and the hosts that is just not working. Just when you think they are finally getting into some decent analysis of a storyline, they stop to plug themselves or beg for iTunes reviews. It makes the whole show disjointed & messes up the entire flow. If you really must do these every episode, get it all over with at the beginning of the episode & then just focus on your recap. It also seems many of the hosts are just people on the fringe of the entertainment industry, trying to break in & not really fans of the show. They miss obvious plot points & don't seem to know what is going on! Sometimes I wonder if we are even watching the same show! I just finished listening to the premier episode for season 3 or Revenge & it was a hot mess! Maybe the hosts need some extra time to actually watch the episode a 2nd time because so much of their discussion was pointless because they totally missed dialouge that the hosts ended up focusing on so much so it made them sound so uninformed! Hello....Charlotte lost the baby! Victoria actually said that out loud, so all the speculation about did she have an abortion, did she have the baby & give it up for adoption just sounded so ridiculous! I love the idea of AfterBuzz podcasts but the hosts that can't comprehend what they watch week in & week out, plus the disjointed format with all the shameless self promotion is just making these shows very hard to listen to!

Katherine and Anna bring some interesting material to the discussion. The male moderator does a good job of trying to keep things on track--but I'm sorry, Gabrielle sounds like her cognitive skills and level of (im)maturity never progressed past high school. As much as I enjoy the TV show, I can't listen to another season of these podcasts if she is in the studio.

I've been listening all this season and I've tried really hard to like this podcast ... This isn't the only after buzz show I listen to but there's definitely something missing here sorry I'm not sure what the raspy girls name is but she's definitely not right for this podcast not even sure which show she's viewing because she offers no additional context to this podcast no wonder the guy gets annoyed every time she speaks (you can hear it in his voice). Why is she always asking a million questions- like she hasn't just watched the episode?

Yikes - you need to listen to the Scandal podcast for tips on how to give a really organized review/recap of the show. You are all over the place and not recapping the show in a logical order or at least an order by character. No one is offering any interesting insight.

Wish it was better. Get Tamera Berg on board or Lauren Leonelli. Too much disagreement and interrupting (and not in a friendly way).

I listen to several Afterbuzz podcasts and some are great and others just so-so, but this one for Revenge is the absolute worst! The panel are complete idiots. None of them can structure a sentence without a dozen "like"s or "I mean"s or "you guys". None of them seems to realize that it is jarringly grammatically incorrect to use an objective pronoun as the subject of the sentence, e.g., "her and nolan went to...". It's like nails on a blackboard listening to such bad English! Hint: try taking the "and Nolan" out of the sentence. Would you say "HER went to..." Of course not! The correct usage is "SHE and Nolan went to..." Try using proper English sometime if you want to be in broadcasting! Listening to Phil describe the difference between a psychopath and a sociopath on one podcast was laughable because he clearly had no idea what he was talking about. Often they can't remember the character names. Often they get off track and aren't discussing the show, just some silliness going on in the studio. There is no structure to the discussion and it ends up just being a bunch of giggling females with Phil trying to play the dominant male. He is very condescending to the females on the panel, however, they are such airheads, I feel like i should cut him some slack for that. This panel has no chemistry whatsoever, just a bunch of silly women seemingly fresh out of high school and one rude man who laughably thinks he is smarter than they are. I can't waste any more of my time listening to such nonsense, so I will cancel my subscription to Afterbuzz Revenge. I like the show and wanted to hear some thoughtful and fun discussion about it, but I'm not going to find it here. I don't think I can rate this podcast no stars, so I am forced to give it one. It doesn't deserve even that.

After listening to the afterbuzz podcasts on the other shows I watch I was really looking forward to the discussion on Revenge. What a disappointment. The two person conversation is far less dynamic than the other shows with 3 or more participants, and the two hosts seemed ill-informed on the show at several moments during the podcast. It felt like listening to two people discuss something that they HAD to discuss not something they were genuinely passionate about. I won't be tuning in for any more commentary.

Scratchy voice girl is irritating and the main male host seems to feel the same way. He is constantly having to explain basic thematic and show elements to her. Why is she even on this?? This would be such a great show if scratchy voice leaves and someone is added that complements the male host.

It surprises me that a podcast touted as being comprised of industry insiders has people totally unaware of what is going on. I read articles about Helen Hunt directing before the show even aired. They said that she asked to direct because she was a fan of the show. I also read articles about Amanda's foster brother showing up this season, yet some people doing this podcast were thinking this was a real brother when they saw the previews and wondering why he was African-American? Whether you are doing the podcast because you are a fan or are getting paid to do it you should have at least as much info and knowledge as the audience who listens to you, but really you should have more or you shouldn't be doing it.

Eli was invited by Charlotte for the funereal. He was prepared to align with Emily or at the the very least disappear until he overheard Ashly saying per Emily he can not be trusted. Since he is a con man he realizes that he has stumbled upon a gold mine of deep pockets and vulnerable people so it was worth it to give up the money to garner favor with the person Emily is trying to keep him away from. Finally Victoria puts Eli on the board because Emily obviously does not want him around. Eli is the new object in the tug o war between Victoria and Emily. Also I don't think the actor choice was a bad choice. Finally Aiden is the best match for Emily. Jack is terrible casting. He is too ingrained into the story change now but there is no visual chemistry between them...

You guys are crazy for saying Collins Pennie( the actor playing Eli) had no chemistry and didn't do a good job. He did a great job and and he's a wonderful actor and not a new actor as one of you said and I look forward to seeing him on future episodes.

I enjoy hearing the recap of each show and the banter between everyone about predictions. Love After Buzz TV!

Love the show!

The male host makes me angry every time I listen to this podcast. He consistently misuses the word "irony," fails to moderate the conversation, and manages to be condescending and sexist (implying once that this show exists because some rich woman begged her husband to throw money at it, completely disregarding the women and men that write and produce). Revenge is just good fun and a conversation about the show should be fun. At least the ladies, even if sometimes confused, seem to find genuine joy in the material.

You guys do a really great job, the story can get really complex and it's great to hear your opinions!!!

How do you release the same exact same podcast from last week but label it as the newest one? This is supposed to be a professional media content provider. I guess I'll go back to reading EW's episode recaps. If you want to really improve, have Gabi take better notes or just get rid of her. She's great to look at, but has got nothing upstairs.

I love watching Revenge, so I was very excited to come across this podcast - especially because I felt a need for some clarification on some points. I found the reviewers to be rather confusing and random. They seem to frequently be all talking at the same time making it difficult to follow. I was very disappointed .

I LOVE Revenge... I do NOT love the hosting. Phil is fine but I cannot listen to Anna Koppel much longer and I'm not very fond of Katherine either. I listen to gain a perspective that I didn't think of or missed, but I find myself yelling the obvious answers to questions at my radio (podcast). My suggestion would be to tape the show the next day so that hosts have time to look at the episode more than once or find new hosts!!! On a brighter note, I loved listening to EJ Bonilla... He was great

Do the host of this podcast realize how unorganized and unprepared they sound? I have to find a better podcast for Revenge. This one is lacking big time.

I loved the first 8 podcasts, once we got to the 9th one and the hosts changed the show started to go all over the place. The girl who is the main host has a annoying valley girl voice and really needs a throat lozenge. Too much wondering off topic and the hosts miss or get wrong alot of important details. I am currently only on Season 1 Episode 12 so I hope it improves since I can't find any other podcasts on this show.

I love the show, it is really nice to listen to midweek or a few days before I watch the new Sunday episode. A few things that are a bit annoying: 1. the low-fi clips played like the dude where's my car, and the music played by Steven(sp?) -- they were not equalized and deters from the polished quality that this blog has where many competing blogs do not. 2. the tangents. I wish the show was 20-30 minutes rather than 45 minutes to a full hour and be more organized rather than jumping topic to topic. Overall I love the show, I wish it were more fluid but I know a lot of that comes because it is put together not long after the show is on. More planning would be nice, and editing of banter.

I listen to the Vampire Diaries and the Gossip Girl one too everyone at AfterBuzz TV is awesome.

Love REVENGE and almost love this podcast. The show would be perfect with just Katherine and Phil as hosts. The two other ladies are a bit annoying. I'm not sure what it is, but Gabrielle's voice in particular is like nails on a chalkboard for me. I find myself cringing every time she opens her mouth. Her comments are typically random and she confuses events and characters so often that it's difficult to tell if she has even watched the program. Phil and Katherine are both great (!!!!!) and I would love the show if they were the only hosts. They are clearly paying attention to REVENGE and share good commentary and insights.

This, like most shows I watch unfortunately, is a show I watch that no one else I know watches so I'm always excited to download this podcast and listen to it Monday morning. I love listening to all your theories about the storylines and sometimes catch things from your reviews that I've missed. I discovered Revenge after the first season (or late into the first season) so this is my first season of listening and so far I love it. Keep up the good work!

Loved the podcast last season, still very good, but just missing a few details, like no one remembering that Victoria named Charlotte after David's sister Charlotte. Hard to keep all the details straight in the story so this podcast usually helps me clear up any confusion.

edit: the absence of kimlai yingling has actually had a noticeable impact in the first S2 podcast. kudos. hopefully she won't return. alternatively, this has also brought gabrielle loren's inanity into the fore. she clearly can't wrap her head around the material (this isn't election year politics folks) and simply echos katherine and phil. gaby has nothing to add but does detract fantastically. here's another talking head that never learned that "nothing to say" does not mean "say anything" there is no discernable structure to the show and certainly no real conversation regarding Revenge. this is a shame because Revenge is very (if artificially) convoluted and a decent conversation about each episode would be a great way to digest each episode. here's the deal. Revenge has turned out to be a night time soap opera and as such, Afterbuzz decided it would be a good idea to throw a few junior high girls into a room and record them. fun for them, not for the listeners. the result is a lot of high pitched giggling and indistinguishable voices fighting for attention. this is such a waste because the production value is actually ok. in fact, it's much much better than some other podcasts of more substance that don't have the means to record properly. aside from the "hosts", the actual recaps were inaccurate and names kept getting mixed up. there was no dissection of the plot or storyline making this a strictly recap podcast. i simply couldn't get thru this podcast. i jumped ahead ten minutes or so at a time to see if they calm down and start talking, but it's the same throughout. i will stick with it for now and check back each podcast because there is no alternative podcast for Revenge, so i'm kinda stuck. but i am really hoping for a listenable podcast next week. otherwise it's just taking up space on my iphone.... Afterbuzz - listen to the reviewers here, this is not the architecture of a good podcast. get a real host who can pull this thing together and control the flow of the conversation. "guests" who are just homeroom classmates to the girls you've got are not real "guests" and only add to the cacophony.

I started listening in order of Revenge episodes so the first host I heard was Phil, who kept things on topic and created a good rule for keeping character names straight. Then, around episode 7 or so it changed over to this group of women who just annoy the hell out of me, which I hate because Revenge is the kind of show that begs for a recap. They don't seem like actual fans of the show as much as fans of hearing themselves talk and mentioning that they are connected to the industry. Very unfortunate. My suggestion for season 2 is to have Phil and the lady who is a member of the foreign press cohost.

I enjoy listening to this podcast at work, it's the only one I've found about "Revenge" but recently the audio has been really bad, jumping from ear to ear, which does not happen with any other podcasts I listen to. Fix please!

annoying hosts; this whole afterbuzz idea is a bust-compare someone like Jay and Jack (Lost podcast) and these laughable hosts

I know there has been negative opinions about this podcast, I think differently. This podcast reminds me of my girlfriends and I discussing this show sitting around the table drinking wine. We too talk over each other and we have fun with the episodes by joking around. I also mix up the names and characters in the story. That's why I love this podcast because the hosts and guests keep it real. As an advocate listener of Afterbuzz T.V. , I really appreciate the recaps and interpretations they discuss from the forshadowing, symbolism, and characteristic attributes of the show Revenge. The podcast sometimes analyzes some points that I would have never thought of them myself and I share the insights with my girlfriends. So keep on doing a great job and don't listen to negative feedback. You all should know that you do have true fans that love this show ,no matter what. :-)

Phil makes this podcast. I don't know how he can deal with these three women all the time. I'm waiting for him to crack like he use to do on the soccer field.

The first few podcasts were pretty good. But there was a change in host and now it is extremely annoying. I haven't been able to listen to more than 10 minutes of any show before I give up. It may just be the Afterbuzz format. This is the second podcast I have tried, and both seem to have a bunch of obnoxious girls who say "like" several times in a sentence. Oh, and so many sentences start with "Act-u-laaaayyy". I think it may only be the host, but since she talks 80% of the time and much louder than anyone else, it's hard to tell. The host is terrible. I hated how she spoke back and down to the show's engineer and accused him of flirting with an intern. It was off topic and just rude. After buzz is loud and annoying, full of shameless plugs. The podcasters know nothing about the Hamptons or the show. I wish after buzz would employ real fans of these shows and not just people who are attention-needy or just want to break into show business.

I am sorry you guys found this show so late, I appreciate the updates for the previous shows, it just reminds me how much i loved this show from the start thank you for the podcast. i love the fact that you guys are not just blind eyed fans and you do question different scenarios and say when something bothers you. I love the fact that you guys obviously love this show. This is a weekly must watch and your show is a must listen to. thanks for the spoilers and the preictions. it always gives me something to think about
