How many times does Coco say because during a show? At least 20. Annoying as hell.

The show is OK to listen to but Carlo struggles to put a coherent sentence together and then he brags about not reading books. Really!! AK knows facts but he is too brash and not at all analytical.

Carlo can’t string a coherent sentence together on a consistent basis and continually spews out incorrect statements. AK clearly has small guy syndrome and his voice is agonizingly annoying. Do better TSN. Time to make a change. Been a long time coming.

Aaron is a very strong host, but Carlo makes this program hard to listen to. He seems like he would be fun to hang out with and is a nice guy but has troubles formulating thoughts clearly and speaking. Maybe not the best fit for radio… I usually I just listen to the guest hits so it is mostly Aaron and the guest speaking.

Usually really good stuff, AK is a good host who brings expert gambling odds and info. Coco brings a lot of energy and a good representation of the Toronto sports market.

Great program

Carlo has got to go. He honestly seems unprepared and never has any details correct. His takes are brutal and frankly make no sense. He has zero ability to play off what his co host is saying. He seems to not listen and then needs repeating for everything that AK says. It’s embarrassing. Not every former athlete is meant to do media. He brings zero content or prudent information. He can barely put a sentence together. I feel bad for Korolnek who’s a great host and has a great future in sports broadcasting. He deserves better.

Just very amateur hosts. Sorry, but not informative, poor opinions and really below average talent for a tsn show.

These guys are the best. Informative, funny… it’s the best way to catch up on everything that happened in sports the night before, and to find out what’s happening tonight. Toronto is very lucky to have these guys!

Nothing gets my morning going like listening to First Up. AK and Carlo are great hosts - BANNGG!

Hard to listen to this guy talk. Within seconds I find myself changing to another station. He does give his terrible takes with condescending confidence for what it’s worth

I started listening to this show back in 2018 when it was Carlo & Michael “oy-vay” Landsberg. At the time, I was living in Sudbury (4 hours north of Toronto) and had to stream it from a radio app but almost right away I was captivated; especially when they put out the original first up theme song with Carlo singing! The show was funny and had great content. It became part of my every day routine. Fast forward to today with AK: still listening! AK and Carlo are hilarious, and they know their stuff! I don’t start working until 10 AM, but this show literally gets me out of bed for 6 just to listen and have my coffee. I’ve relocated to the GTA, and the best part about that is that I can get it on my AM dial lol! To say the least, this show is great way to start your morning! These guys are genuinely engaged with their liateners/fans and make them feel like they’re truly part of the TSN community. Great show. Highly recommend. Definitely worth waking up early for. I listen to a lot of TSN podcasts and don’t understand why this one can’t get their audio issues fixed. Been like this for years.

Cuts in and out. If you don’t skip ahead or backward will continue to have missing audio

Agree with everyone in regards to audio issues. This issue has been present for a couple years now and whoever is editing this is the worst! They obviously don’t care about any feedback since this issue has never yet been resolved.

Best morning show hands down. Carlo was awesome when he played hockey with my brother as a kid and it’s so cool to listen to him every morning now. Landsberg is one of my favourite broadcasters and mental health advocates. Love his perspective. Korolnek is blunt and smart and adds a great layer to the show. Great analysis and excellent guests.

I really want to like the show, but when I get constant audio drops mid conversation it makes it almost impossible to listen to unfortunately :(

I’m an avid podcast listener. Of all the shows I listen to, this is the only one where the audio consistently cuts in and out. Tried to work with it, but it is unbearable. Had to unsubscribe, even though coco is the man!

Love the show, but this podcast sound cut off issue is extremely annoying, why is it only this podcast that does this. I don’t have issues with the Rogers Sportsnet podcasts what gives

I listen to most TSN podcasts and this one is edited the worst. Audio cuts out constantly. Let’s not rush through the work you get paid for, take some time and pump out a quality product please. Other then that love the show

Absolutely brutal. Audio skips constantly. Leafs lunch and overdrive don’t skip as often as this show. Can’t even listen to it

Either nobody reads the numerous audio issue reviews from TSN or they don’t care. I can’t handle the constant audio issues, not listening anymore.

This is the only podcast I’ve ever listened too that skips. It’s also very disappointing the lack of attention you give to this as it is not a new problem.

I guess no one actually reads these reviews. I still believe a “best of” condensed (like LeBatard) would be a winner. Also, “Michele” Landsberg? AND … why does the audio constantly cut out? ANYBODY? PRODUCERS? I'm unsubscribing until some fixes occur. ...great addition to the podcast world, very enjoyable. However, I don’t have time to listen to three hours. Suggestion would be to do a "best of" version, whittle it down to an hour, etc., as is done with rival podcasts (Kornheiser, LeBatard, etc.). At present, I choose one hour, tops.

This audio is terrible. The audio regularly drops for no reason. Keep needing to pause and resume or skip back 15 seconds to correct. Often times the hours are uploaded but there’s only about 20 minutes of audio, segments are missing. It’s been like this forever. No fixes

Can’t even listen to the podcast without constant skipping!! Super frustrating to the point I’m not even going to bother anymore!! Suggest fixing this issue if you want people to listen.

For Leafs Lunch, Overdrive and First Up stopped coming through on podcast app in last few weeks. It’s the only podcasts I subscribe to with this issue. An HTML tag issue?

Really, really enjoy listening to you guys. I love Carlo’s insights on hockey and his honesty. Great mix of humour too. Keep up the great work gentleman. This pod gets me through the first couple of hours of work, always a good thing.

Long time listener, first time reviwer ;) First off, just wanted to say I love the crew, the show and the podcast. This feedback is really for all of TSN 1050's Pods, please stop splitting them up into hourly blocks, it makes it so much more difficult to delete them from my devices if I've already listened to them on the radio or live from the TSN app.

The rebranding of the show as First Up and the addition of Colaiacovo has been phenomenal! The incites that he brings from the player’s perspective are so informative....like going behind the scenes. Well done!
