Keeps asking for password on iPhone

I only listened to one episode, not subscribed and I keep being asked to fill in a user/password NO MATTER what I’m doing on my iPhone - VERY frustrating - Apple doesn’t seem to understand what my problem is. Anyone find a solution to this awful, awful virus-like podcast? I’m about to do a complete restart on my device to hopefully solve this...

This is a virus, do not download

If you down load this podcast, you will be asked about a user name and password several times a day. If you delete the podcast it will still ask and drain your battery, I have not been able to remove it.

VIRUSLIKE BEHAVIOR -- don't download!

Crazy. I downloaded the podcast -- and now a window pops up randomly asking me to log in to the company's website. I can't get rid of it. Crazy thing is that it doesn't just come up in browser or podcast app or anything else related -- but even when I have no apps running! I've cleared browser history and restarted a million times, deleted podcast app entirely, and it's still popping up. No idea how this can happen -- supposed to be no viruses in iOS. DONT TOUCH THIS PODCAST!
